Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

1 2/3 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup pumpkin (about half a 16oz can)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a muffin tin, makes about 12 regular size muffins. Alternatively use paper cups. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk pumpkin, eggs, and butter in another bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Don't overwork. Scoop into the tin and bake 20-25 min. Cool and store covered.
